    I recently opened my account at Five County after being an account holder at Bank of America. I was excited by the concept of no longer having to deal with large corporate tactics and instead entrust my money with a small, community based establishment. Instead I've had ridiculously slow transactions, a failure to receive debit cards after ordering them three times, and extremely rude customer service at the Lewiston branch. I've continuously been derided by the tellers and made to feel like a criminal whenever I try to withdraw money from my account (apparently the staff at the Lewiston branch doesn't feel that my photo I.D. is a very good representation of me). Unfortunately I'll be pulling out all of my money and going back to Bank of America. While their business tactics may be unscrupulous, they are indeed efficient and I've had better customer service (and trust me, that's not saying much!)
